How to Work?
Waste Copper Cable Granulating Machine is mainly used to all kinds of waste copper wire, Automobile electrical wire or the electric wire of car, motorcycle electric wire, computer case wire and communication cable, etc.
Shredding and crushing: Put Scrap wire and cable into shredder for primary shreddingmaking the material size about 20mm. and then the iron metal is taken out magnetic sep.arator, the remaining materials crushing through crusher.
Separating: Firstly through air separator to get plastic and copper, secondly remainingmaterial is separated by electrostatic separator to get plastic and copper.
Dust Collecting: The dust generated during sorting is collect by pulse bag filter, andwon’t contribute secondary pollution, dust collect efficiency can be 99%.
